What have we been up to:

  • We supported a service company starting up in Portugal: We created the value proposition, defined the offering, and developed the sales pitch for the Portuguese market; we were involved in selecting and presenting the services to key potential customers; we supported the execution of the plan to enter the Portuguese market.
  • We designed and presented an innovative product line for a leading certification services company, enabling it to respond to an unmet need and thereby explore a completely new market.
  • Since 2023, we have been providing technical advice to our partner in demanding negotiations, promoting the creation of arguments and “bridges” that have enabled agreements with the counterparty.
  • We designed the financing structure for the acquisition of an industrial company and supported the buyer in its execution.
  • We studied the opening of an IT company’s branch in Portugal: We designed the strategy, tailored the offer, drew up the business plan, and supported the decision.
  • We supported an agro-industrial company in developing its international trade business and exporting to various locations.
  • We contributed to the closing of several corporate transactions: We helped potential buyers find the target companies and technologies that best suited their investment thesis; and potential sellers prepare and sell their companies and operations.
  • We prepared an independent valuation of a construction company and supported the potential seller in the negotiation interactions.
  • Support for the management of a technology start-up: We reorganized and improved financial reporting. We supported the analysis and decision on the most efficient tax and formal structure for extra-Community exports.
